Biography

Anna Gotti is a singer, singing Teacher and composer.  She is the founder and President of the ACCADEMIA VOCAL POWER ITALIA
She is also founder and Vice President A.I.C.I. (Italian singing teachers Association).

Certified as Vocal Power singing teacher since 2003 she is Director and Coordinator of the Vocal Power Teacher Training Activities of Elisabeth Howard Europe.  She organises seminars in collaboration with the Elisabeth Howard's Vocal Power Academy in Los Angeles and she prepars teachers from alla over Europe who wish to study and become Certified Vocal Power Singing teachers.

• 1965/1970 studied singing at the "Bel Canto Singing School" in Newcastle in Australia, Joan McMillan (graduate of the Academy of Operatic Izal Sydney, Australia) in 1970 received the certificate "Vocal Technique & Performance".
• 1978/1979 -  Licence in "Theory, Solfeggio and Dictation for singers" at the State Conservatory in Brescia in Italy.
• 1992 - Certificate of participation for the workshop / seminar, "The Vocal Technique" with Walter Blazer of the Manhattan School of Music New York.  6 days seminar in Florence at Scuola di Musica di Fiesole
• 1994 - Certificate for one day study the theme being , "Pathophysiology of singing voice" in Milan with Dr.Franco Fussi and  Dr.Silvia Magnani
• 1994 - Certificate of Completion, issued by the Berklee Summer School Umbria Jazz Clinics, teacher Bob Stoloff of Berklee in Boston
• 1997 - participates and is councilor at the International Congress of Teachers of Singing in London (6thICVT)
• 1997 - takes singing lessons with DOUGLAS HUSTON  in New York.
• 1998 - Certificate of participation "The use of singing voice with the Alexander Technique" conductor Ron Paul Murdock issued by Paolo Frigoli and Strickler school, Rovato (Bs)

• 1998 to 2002 in Brescia studies the Alexander Technique with Paolo Frigoli.

• 2000 - Certificate of participation as councillor of (EVTA) at the European Congress of Teachers of Singing in Lyon (France)

• 2001 - Certificate of participation and represents AICI as councillor at EVTA / ICVT the International Congress and European in Helsinki in 2001
• 2003 - obtained a Diploma as a Teacher of the method "Vocal Power Method" issued by Elisabeth Howard of Vocal Power Academy in Los Angeles and was awarded the Certificate as the Director and Coordinator of Vocal Power Training Activities of Elisabeth Howard in Europe
• 2004, 9-10-11 August-Ljubljana (Slovenia) - Certificate of Participation and is a guest of the Association of teachers of singing Slovenia - DSPP, the workshop "The Art of Vocal Technique" with the teacher, Prof. Richard Miller.
• Since 2004, organizes and conducts seminars / workshops throughout Italy with the teacher of the Alexander Technique, Paul Frigoli.
• Conducts and organizes workshops in vocal technique for the AICI and the Academy Vocal Power of Los Angeles and the Academy Vocal Power Italy.
• 2009 July - Certificate of participation as speaker and is a guest at ICVT7 (International Congress of teachers of singing) in Paris at the theater Follies Bergere. She presented her lecture / masterclass "HOW TO SING STANDARDS WITH A JAZZ FEEL "
• 2009 October - Certificate of participation as chairman at the VI International Conference of Phoniatrics and Logopedics "The artistic voice " . Submitted to Elisabeth Howard, Vocal Power Singing Method
