Career as a singing teacher

Anna teaches singing in Brescia (Italy) since 1987.

She is a Certified Vocal Power singing teacher since 2003 and teaches "Vocal Power Singing Method "of Elisabeth Howard And is "Director of Vocal Power Teacher Training Activities" in Europe. The method is based on the book "Born to Sing" by Elisabeth Howard & Howard Austin and "Sing" by Elisabeth Howard (translated into Italian by Eva Simontacchi and Anna)

Brescia, March 23, 2007, with Ezio Franzoni and Rita Terlenghi is the founder of the first VOCAL POWER ACADEMY in Europe.

The AICI was established in 1999 and Anna Gotti is one of the sixteen founders. Currently she is Vice President and assistant coordinator of international activities.

She participates and organizes for AICI seminars / workshops,The Preparation for the Chant; Workshops on Vocal Power Method in Brescia with Elisabeth Howard of Vocal Power Academy in Los Angeles on modern singing in collaboration with the Municipality of Brescia / Brescia Jazz Festival / Cambiomusica; laboratories on Teacher training and updating of song with singing teachers from around the world (see AICI) At Laboratories Clinics workshops.,)

Is a member of the American Association of teachers of singing NATS.

Councelor dell'EVTA since 2000 and participates in that capacity within the various international conferences such as:
- Eurovox Congress in Lyon in 2000;
- NATS Congress Philadelphia in 2000;
- International and European Congress in Helsinki in 2001 where there are over 350 teachers from around the world;
- 2-3 October 2004 HANNOVER, Germany - participated for AICI as councillor to the new constitution of EVTA

Participates and organizes for teachers and singers, workshops and seminars on the singing voice, vocal technique, jazz improvisation:

Collaborates with Dr. Giorgio Peretti, prof. & Otolaryngologist at "Spedali Civili di Brescia" and the speech therapist, Anna Colombo organizing seminars on "USES AND ABUSES of the singing voice" for the modern vocalist.
Collaborates with the teacher of Alexander Technique, Paolo Frigoli and organizes courses "SINGING & ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE" on the posture of the singer. They give lectures and seminars on modern singing Vocal Technique, Vocal Power Singing and Voice Technique and Posture in Brescia, Bolzano, Sassari and Florence.
She is teacher at the seminars "The singing voice", "Expressive forms of Singing," "Inside the musical" organized by Flying Carpet in Brescia
Holds conferences & seminars on "Vocal Technique for the modern singer", "Vocal Power Singing" and "Singing Techinique & good Posture", in Brescia, Bolzano, Sassari e Firenze and Francia
Organizes and conducts workshops for choirs.
Collaborates with Giulio FASOLINO and the school CAMBIOMUSICA Brescia as a teacher of advanced courses in vocal technique for modern singing.
She produced with Ezio Franzoni, 6 CDs for his students - "VOICES" Vol 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. and 2 cd's with her chorus B.B. Ensemble
Since 1999 she organises and keeps teacher's courses and adjournment courses organized by AICI.
July 2009 - She was invited to keep her conference/masterclass "HOW TO SING STANDARDS WITH A JAZZ FEEL"at the ICVT7 (International congress of voice teachers) in Paris at the Follies Bergere theatre.
October 2009 she was invited with Elisabeth Howard by Prof. Franco Fussi at the "VI Congress International congress of the Artistic Voice "La Voce Artistica" in Ravenna, Italy to present, the Vocal Power Singing Method.
2010 - holds seminars & masterclasses on the Vocal Technique in all modern singing styles and the Vocal Power Singing in Italy. She also keeps courses on SINGING & ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE with Paolo Frigoli, in Grosseto, Sassari & Brescia. In september she is invited to keep a seminar/masterclass on HOW TO SING STANDARDS WITH JAZZ FEELING at the VII Convegno Internazionale di Foniatria e Logopedia "La Voce Artistica", in Forte dei Marmi. In october she's invited at the 1° Convegno DIVA in Roma come to present the conference SINGING WITH THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE.
October 2011 - Ravenna; Italy invited to present AICI as host VII International congress of the Artistic Voice "La Voce Artistica".
