Why a singer should study singing?

I Will simply answer this question with another question, can you can drive a car or, can upi draw, or paint a picture, or play an instrument without knowing the basic rules?

Well the same thing applies to our voice.  Most of us all begin to sing because we have a passion and a predisposition, or simply because it is a liberating act and we like to do it. When we are sad, we sing, we sing when we are happy when we have nothing to do, we sing and so on. Only after some time of "doing it by yourself" we realize at times that we fail to get to that “certain” note  or we start to lose our voice when singing a whole afternoon on our own, or just pure curiousity about what we can do to improve our vocal talent and vocal instinct.

Here we want to start to learn more about this wonderful instrument,  so complicated and unique because in the world there are no 2 voices equal to another. Like the fingerprints of one hand can identify a person, the same thing can be done with the voice. Our emotions (love, fear, anger, joy), our feelings are revealed through our voice and they are all unique.

Who can study this method of singing?

  • All those who think they have a passion for singing and have a good ear for music in general and a minimum of talent. Physiologically, it is important that the “instrument voice”  is healthy as this will permit a good tone of voice.
  • All those who do it as a hobby and want to know more about their voice.
  • All the professional singers who wish to improve the control and extension of their voice

Recommended age:

For males from 16/18 years onwards after the change of voice.

For girls 14/16 years

Those who do not fall into this age group it is advisable however preliminary work but without setting a too rigid study.
